Company Description VigneX is building a crypto SIP app tailored for first-time investors in the languages they speak at home, starting with Hindi, then Marathi and Gujarati. Unlike trading-focused platforms, the product focuses solely on systematic investment plans, allowing users to select an amount and schedule for automated purchases of major cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. VigneX is committed to transparent operations with publicly shared proof of reserves and a strict policy of not lending out user assets.

The company follows a compliance-first approach and plans to register with FIU-IND before launch, incorporating full KYC, AML checks, and tax deduction. Based in Ujjain and focused on investors across India’s towns and cities, VigneX is looking for partners to help shape secure, accessible crypto investing for Bharat.

Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping VigneX’s product, strategy, and growth, working closely with the founding team to build a crypto SIP platform for first-time investors. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the product roadmap, conducting market and user research, driving go-to-market initiatives, and building partnerships with ecosystem players such as exchanges, payment providers, and compliance advisors. The role will also involve setting up and overseeing operations, leading early sales and customer acquisition efforts,



and representing the company to investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role based in Indore, with regular in-person collaboration supplemented by flexibility for some work from home. The Co-Founder will share responsibility for vision, culture, and long-term value creation, with significant ownership in both decision-making and equity.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior, and financial metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional partners and engaging users, investors, and regulators.
- Proven sales experience in fintech or related sectors, with ability to drive early customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Marketing skills to design and execute campaigns focused on first-time investors in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.
- Research skills to deeply understand user needs, regulatory developments, and competitive landscapes.
- Experience building or scaling fintech, crypto, or financial services products, ideally in India.
- Ability to operate in an early-stage startup: hands-on, resourceful, and willing to take ownership across multiple functions.
- Comfort with hybrid work based in Indore and readiness for occasional travel within India.
- Background in business, finance, engineering, or related fields is beneficial.
