Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines such as CNC nesting machines, CNC routers, point-to-point machines, and drilling machines used in modular furniture manufacturing.

- Process plywood, MDF, particle board, HDHMR, and other panel materials as per production requirements.

- Read and understand technical drawings, cutting layouts, drilling patterns, and furniture manufacturing details.

- Load CNC programs and verify cutting parameters, tool paths, and machining dimensions before starting production.

- Perform cutting, routing, grooving, boring, drilling, and other panel-processing operations.

- Ensure accurate dimensions, hole positions, edge clearances, and component specifications.

- Check material quality and verify finished components against drawings and production instructions.





- Identify and report machine faults, tool wear, and machining defects to the supervisor.

- Perform routine machine cleaning, tool changes, and basic preventive maintenance.

- Follow safety procedures while operating machinery and handling materials.

- Maintain production records, material usage details, and daily output reports.

- Coordinate with the design, production, and assembly teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

- Minimize material wastage and maintain productivity and quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
