CNC PROGRAMMER

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team, specialising in the machining of industrial rolls.

Location: Sundran, Dera Bassi

Position: CNC Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, write and optimise CNC programs for the machining and finishing of industrial rolls.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and machining tolerances.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, machining parameters and tooling strategies.
- Plan machining sequences to achieve the required dimensions, surface finish and accuracy.
- Work with the production team to improve machining efficiency, productivity and tool life.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure consistent quality of finished components.
- Reduce machining time and tooling costs while maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Hands-on experience in CNC programming and machining.
- Good knowledge of CNC turning and heavy-component machining.
- Experience with G-code, M-code, tooling selection and machining parameter optimisation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Experience in industrial roll machining, steel mill rolls or heavy engineering components will be an added advantage.
