Key Responsibilities

- Electrical Maintenance:

- Troubleshoot servo drives, encoders, PLC modules, sensors, and power supplies.

- Repair and inspect electrical, control, and power circuit drawings (commonly working with controller brands like Fanuc and Siemens).

- Mechanical Maintenance:

- Service and align spindles, slides, ball screws, linear motion (LM) guides, and mechanical assemblies.

- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:

- Perform scheduled checks to prevent unexpected machine failure.

- Diagnose sudden breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.

- Performance Tracking:

- Track metrics like MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and uptime.





- Use root-cause analysis methods (such as Why-Why Analysis and TPM) to fix recurring issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.

- Experience: Generally ranges from 1 to 2 years of hands-on workshop or factory floor experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
