Job Summary We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and monitor CNC machines used in the manufacturing of industrial automation components. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operation, engineering drawings, precision machining, and quality inspection to ensure accurate and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor CNC machines for machining industrial components as per production requirements.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining instructions.
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, and basic program adjustments as required.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components using measuring instruments.
- Use instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other inspection tools.




- Monitor machine performance and report machine faults or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Follow 5S practices and maintain proper records of production and inspection.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 1 5 years of experience as a CNC Operator in manufacturing, machining, or industrial automation.
- Knowledge of CNC machine operation, tool setting, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand dimensional tolerances.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Knowledge of CNC programming or G-code will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
