Job Summary:

Operates and sets up CNC drilling and routing machines to cut, drill, and shape printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Operation: Load program files, select correct drill bits/routers, align PCB panels, and run CNC machines.

- Quality Inspection: Inspect drilled holes and board edges using pin gauges and microscopes to ensure accuracy.

- Tool & Machine Care: Replace worn tools, clean spindles, clear dust collectors, and perform daily routine maintenance.

- Documentation: Follow production job travelers and log completed work or scrap in the tracking system.

Key Requirements

- High school, ITI, diploma or equivalent.

- 1+ years of CNC operator experience (PCB manufacturing preferred).

- Knowledge of basic measuring tools.

- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

- Basic Computer and English Knowledge

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
