- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-6 years experience in 4 & 5-axis CNC machines and Siemens CNC controller programming

Salary: 25,000 - 60,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Payroll (with all statutory benefits)

Experience Required: 2 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for process planning, tool and cutting parameters selection, programming, setup and operation for machining parts on 5 axis CNC Machine Centre
- Plans machining by studying blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings
- Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
- Study required sequence of operations
- Fastens raw material and respective tool or cutter in fixture,



according to sequence of operation, on appropriate machine
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality

- Skillset:
- Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC controller programming and operations.
- Experience with 4 & 5-axis CNC machines
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Positive understanding of measurement techniques and instruments.
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field preferred.
