Position: CMA Faculty – Foundation & Intermediate

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and subject-oriented CMA Faculty members to teach students preparing for CMA Foundation and CMA Intermediate examinations. Candidates must have strong conceptual knowledge, prior teaching experience, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures for CMA Foundation and CMA Intermediate students.
- Prepare and review academic content, MCQs, practice questions, and detailed solutions.
- Explain concepts clearly and help students prepare effectively for examinations.
- Analyse the syllabus and previous years’ question papers to identify important topics.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of academic content and timely completion of deliverables.
- Support doubt resolution and contribute to the development of student learning resources.

2. Fundamentals of Financial and Cost Accounting (FFCA)

Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics (FBMS)

CMA Intermediate:

1. Business Laws and Ethics (BLE)
2. Financial Accounting (FA)
3. Direct and Indirect Taxation (DITX)
4. Cost Accounting (CA)
5. Operations Management and Strategic Management (OMSM)
6. Corporate Accounting and Auditing (CAA)
7. Financial Management and Business Data Analytics (FMDA)
8. Management Accounting (MA)

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Prior teaching experience in CMA Foundation and CMA Intermediate subjects.
- Must be capable of teaching at least two subjects in total — one at CMA Foundation level and one at CMA Intermediate level.
- Solid conceptual understanding of the selected subjects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and explanation skills.
- Ability to develop accurate, structured, and student-friendly academic content.

Work Requirements
- Candidates must have a home studio setup or be willing to reside/relocate near the PW Studio.
- Must be comfortable with recording lectures and fulfilling academic deliverables as required.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and meet deadlines.
