Role Overview The Associate – Cluster Manager will manage daily operations across assigned areas, ensure smooth service execution, improve field team performance, and maintain service quality while supporting the Cluster Manager.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across assigned areas and ensure adherence to SOPs. Reduce booking losses and improve EOB closures, utilization, productivity, and on-time service delivery. Monitor performance dashboards, identify operational bottlenecks, and take data-driven decisions.

Manage service experts’ attendance, shift readiness, performance, and availability. Conduct daily team briefings and engagement activities to improve productivity and retention.



Monitor turnaround time (TAT), service quality, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with central operations, training, supply, and city teams. Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the RCLM.

Eligibility Requirements Experience: 1–5 years in operations, logistics, field workforce management, or startup environments. Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and dashboards. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary &

Compensation Maximum Compensation: Up to ₹41,000 in-hand per month.
