Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership, Develop and implement cluster-level HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.

Partner with General Managers and Cluster Head to support business objectives. Drive workforce planning and manpower budgeting.

Support pre-opening HR activities (if applicable).Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

Lead recruitment efforts across all properties in the cluster. Develop talent pipelines for operational and leadership roles.

Ensure timely hiring within approved manpower budgets.



Strengthen employer branding initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture. Drive employee engagement programs across the cluster.

Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and action planning. Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with brand values.

Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

Performance Management, Oversee goal setting, performance appraisal processes, and annual reviews. Coach department heads on performance management practices. Identify high-potential employees and succession planning initiatives.

Learning & Development, Identify training needs and implement development programs. Conduct leadership development and supervisory training.

Ensure compliance training (POSH, safety, statutory) is completed. Track training effectiveness and ROI.
