Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cloud-Native Developer with strong Kubernetes, OpenStack, and storage infrastructure expertise for a long-term project. The ideal candidate combines hands-on infrastructure operations with strong systems-level engineering and coding knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full lifecycle of storage infrastructure, including deployment, upgrades, scaling, and capacity planning.
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes and OpenStack environments.
- Work with storage technologies such as Ceph, Rook, NetApp, and Pure Storage.
- Troubleshoot storage, filesystem, hardware, and performance-related issues.
- Work with HDD and NVMe storage technologies and host-level infrastructure.
- Apply systems programming knowledge to improve performance, memory utilization, and reliability.




- Participate in incident response and infrastructure optimization.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenStack .
- Practical experience with Rook and Ceph .
- Storage infrastructure experience with at least one of the following: NetApp, Pure Storage, or Ceph.
- Knowledge of HDD, NVMe, storage hardware, and host-level operations.
- Strong Linux and Linux Kernel fundamentals.
- Programming experience in at least one of the following areas: Linux Kernel, MySQL, PostgreSQL, filesystems, or Ceph.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and understanding of data structures.
- Strong knowledge of memory management, dynamic memory allocation, and how malloc() works.
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable code with a focus on performance.
- Experience with storage infrastructure lifecycle management, including deployment, upgrades, scaling, capacity planning, and incident response.
- Positive English communication skills.
