About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & DevOps Trainer to guide learners in architecting, deploying, and automating enterprise-grade cloud solutions on Azure. You will deliver practical, lab-driven training across cloud infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and integration services preparing learners for careers in cloud engineering and platform operations.

Job Role Summary The Cloud & DevOps Trainer at akumenbyQ covers Azure infrastructure, DevOps automation, containerization, and cloud integration. The role requires hands-on technical depth and the ability to translate complex cloud concepts into practical learning experiences.

Experience

1. 3-4 Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver hands-on training on Azure architecture, compute, networking, storage, and integration services.
2. Conduct labs on CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and DevOps automation.
3. Guide learners in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
4.



Mentor learners through real-world projects simulating enterprise cloud environments.
5. Support Microsoft certification preparation (AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-400).
6. Evaluate learner progress through assessments, project reviews, and internal interviews.

Preferred Skills Cloud Infrastructure & Azure

1. Proficiency in Azure compute, networking, storage, and security services.
2. Hands-on experience with ARM, Bicep, or Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
3. Familiarity with serverless architectures and Azure integration services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus).

DevOps & Automation

1. Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design, and release management.
2. Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and cloud monitoring tools.

Training & Facilitation

1. Prior corporate training experience in cloud or DevOps domains.
2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex infrastructure concepts.
