Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales/ Sales/ Deputy Sales/ Assistant – Sales Manager at MicroMitti. The person will be responsible for identifying strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in real estate, technology, and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving business expansion.

Reporting to: Sales Leader/ Sales Head

Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA)

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, property developers, technology providers, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our market presence and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing strategies.




- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate and Proptech sectors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred (especially with specialization in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate Management).

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales with similar role with reputed developers, brokerage firms, or property investment firms.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in high-value real estate transactions.

Skills
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, industry dynamics, and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
