MySenz is looking for a responsible, friendly and organised Clinical Assistant to support our doctors and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for patients. The role combines doctor assistance, patient coordination, reception duties and healthcare service guidance in a modern healthcare and wellness centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist doctors during consultations and prepare patients for examination.
- Record basic vital signs such as BP, pulse and temperature, as trained and authorised.
- Manage appointments, patient registration and consultation records.
- Enter and update patient information in the computer system.
- Guide patients between departments and coordinate consultations across floors.
- Explain available services, treatments, products and doctor specialities using approved information.
- Coordinate patient flow, follow-ups and general clinic operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, patient privacy and basic infection-control standards.

Qualifications

- GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing or relevant clinical assistant qualification preferred.
- Freshers with suitable training and communication skills may apply.
- Nursing Council registration required for candidates employed as nurses.




- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills are essential.

- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with doctors and patients.
- Willingness to learn about healthcare services and products.
- Must be Fluent in Tamil and have good English communication.
