As one of Noida’s leading pet care brands, Pamper Paws offers mobile grooming, veterinary care, wellness services, and premium pet experiences for pet parents across the city.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Front Desk

- Welcome and assist pet parents visiting the clinic
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and scheduling
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and warm customer experience.

Clinic Operations

- Coordinate between veterinarians, groomers, and customers.

Preferred Experience in any of the following industries will be an added advantage:

- Veterinary clinics
- Pet stores
- Pet grooming businesses
- Hospitals or healthcare clinics
- Luxury retail
- Hospitality
- Wellness centres
- Fitness chains

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
