Role Description The Client Servicing Manager (Paid Media) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves managing day-to-day relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and translating them into effective paid media strategies and campaigns. The individual will coordinate with internal performance marketing, creative, and analytics teams to plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media initiatives across platforms.

Responsibilities include leading client meetings, preparing campaign performance reports, ensuring timely delivery of media plans and assets,



and proactively identifying opportunities to improve results and client satisfaction. The role also requires handling escalations professionally, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage accounts, build trust, and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and expectation management.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, present strategies, and manage feedback.
- Experience in paid media campaign management (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms) and performance marketing.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret insights, and present clear performance reports to stakeholders.
- Solid coordination and project management skills to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
- Comfort using digital marketing tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms; familiarity with AI-driven or automated media tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital agency environment or in client-facing roles within paid media or performance marketing is highly beneficial.
