Job Overview

RechargeStudio is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Lead / Client Servicing Lead to manage client relationships and oversee creative and digital projects from initial briefing to final execution. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Understand client requirements, briefs, and business objectives.

- Plan, coordinate, and execute creative and digital projects within defined timelines.

- Coordinate with creative, digital marketing, design, and technical teams.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

- Track project progress, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.

- Handle client communication, feedback, revisions, and escalations.





- Identify potential challenges and ensure timely resolution.

- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–10 years of experience in creative advertising, digital marketing, client servicing, or IT project management.

- Strong client relationship and account management skills.

- Proven experience in managing projects from briefing to delivery.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Solid organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines effectively.

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
