Client Servicing Manager – Marketing Agency

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams across strategy, creative and digital marketing to deliver impactful solutions, strengthen client partnerships, and drive account growth.

What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end client servicing, from understanding briefs and developing strategies to execution and timely delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, translating business objectives into clear action plans.
- Drive revenue growth across existing accounts through retainer management, upselling and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop brand strategies, go-to-market (GTM) plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Oversee campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring quality, consistency and brand alignment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables to ensure productive execution and client satisfaction.
- Proactively provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and strengthen client relationships.
- Prepare client presentations, reports and reviews covering campaign outcomes,



key learnings and next steps.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and emerging marketing opportunities to bring fresh ideas to clients.
- Coordinate with external partners, including event agencies, gifting vendors and logistics partners, to ensure seamless project execution.
