We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Intern – Digital Marketing to join our team. This is a full-time remote internship offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, digital marketing operations, and project coordination.

The intern will assist in managing client communications, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth project execution. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in client servicing and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing relationships with existing clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions through video calls.
- Assist in addressing client queries and resolving issues.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the relevant teams.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.




- Support the team in ensuring a positive client experience.
- Maintain client records and project updates using CRM tools and other software.

What We're Looking For

- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and client servicing.
- Comfortable communicating with clients through video calls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
