Job Summary The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal creative and execution teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of advertising and marketing campaigns. The role acts as a bridge between the client and the agency to maintain client satisfaction, achieve campaign objectives, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Understand client business objectives, target audiences, and marketing requirements.

- Conduct regular client meetings and provide campaign updates.

- Address client queries, feedback, and concerns promptly.

1. Campaign Planning and Execution

- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs.

- Coordinate advertising campaigns across creative, digital, print, outdoor, and other media platforms.

- Work closely with creative, design, copywriting, production, and media teams.

- Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely delivery as per agreed schedules.

- Review deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and approved briefs.

1. Internal Team Coordination

- Coordinate with internal departments to manage campaign requirements.

- Allocate tasks, establish timelines, and follow up on deliverables.

- Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams.

- Manage revisions, approvals, and changes in project scope.

1. Budget and Commercial Management

- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and campaign proposals.

- Monitor campaign budgets, agency fees, and project costs.

- Coordinate with finance teams for billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and commercial terms.

1. Reporting and Performance Monitoring





- Prepare campaign status reports and client presentations.

- Track project timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance.

- Share insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Maintain accurate records of client communication, approvals, and project documentation.

1. Business Development and Growth

- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts.

- Support current business pitches and proposal development.

- Recommend relevant advertising and marketing solutions to clients.

- Contribute to client retention, account growth, and agency profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in an advertising agency.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.

- Good project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, print production, and media planning.

- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
