Management – Lead the support team, monitor ticket resolution, and ensure timely client assistance. Client–Development Coordination – Communicate client requirements, coordinate enhancements, and track development progress. Team & Task Management – Allocate responsibilities, monitor employee performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Satisfaction – Handle escalations, maintain client relationships, and improve service quality.
