(NFP) Department: Sales / Client Relationship Management Job Title: Client Relationship Manager Industry: HVAC – Commercial and Industrial Air Conditioning Projects Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Summary: We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to maintain strong relationships with existing clients, develop new business opportunities, coordinate HVAC project requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project execution and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client requirements for HVAC systems, including AC installation, ducting, maintenance, and service. Coordinate with project engineers, service teams, sales teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution.

Follow up on quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and project approvals. Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on project progress. Handle client complaints, service requests, and escalations professionally.

Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and after-sales support. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through client references and networking. Follow up on pending payments, outstanding invoices, and commercial matters in coordination with the accounts team.

Maintain client databases, meeting records, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.



Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments. Work towards client retention, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any degree; a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.

Experience: 2–5 years in client relationship management, sales coordination, or customer handling; HVAC industry experience preferred. Positive communication and negotiation skills. Robust client-handling and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of HVAC systems, AC installation, ducting, and maintenance is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and project-site visits when required.
