PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- U nderstand client needs and objectives, and align solutions accordingly.
- P rovide exceptional customer support and timely resolution of client issues.
- C onduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.




- I dentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
- C ollaborate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements and exceed expectations.
- M aintain accurate client records and prepare reports on client performance and satisfaction.
