US Individual Tax Support Associate Department: US Taxation Experience: As applicable (Fresher) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support US individual tax return preparation and filing, client communication, and onboarding. The role involves assisting with tax documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring a smooth and skilled tax filing experience.

Key Responsibilities US Individual Tax Return Assistance Assist in preparing and filing US individual income tax returns, including Forms 1040 and 1040-NR. Collect, review, and organize tax documents and client information. Identify missing information and coordinate with the tax preparation team to ensure timely filing. Support tax return status tracking and follow-up.

Client





Support & Communication Respond to client queries regarding tax documentation, filing procedures, and return status. Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and messaging platforms. Follow up on pending documents and provide updates on filing progress. Coordinate with tax professionals to resolve client concerns and ensure timely assistance.

Client Onboarding

Assist new clients with the onboarding process and initial information collection. Share tax organizers, document checklists, and filing instructions. Collect and verify basic client details and relevant tax documents. Explain the tax preparation workflow, timelines, and next steps to clients.
