Client Manager (IT) Remote · Full time₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Client Manager to bridge the gap between user requirements and technical implementation. You will translate complex business needs into clear technical documentation and guide our engineering teams toward efficient, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

- Engage stakeholders and end-users to elicit, clarify, and thoroughly document software requirements.
- Convert requirements into technical specifications — data flows, high-level architecture, low-level designs, integrations, and API docs where applicable.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with platform strategy.
- Communicate design choices and technical implications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a subject-matter guide on engineering practices, technologies, and delivery workflows.




- Support the full lifecycle so documentation remains accurate for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required skills

- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Understanding of software architectures, design patterns, data modeling, and databases.
- Awareness of modern languages, frameworks, cloud platforms, and industry terminology.
- Proven ability to write clear technical documentation; diagramming experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in a client-facing or business analyst role within IT.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management.
