Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to connect with prospective clients, explain services, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand client requirements and explain company registration, LLP, OPC, GST, and compliance services.

Follow up with leads, handle client queries, and convert prospects into customers.

Maintain accurate client records and achieve sales targets.

- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales,



preferably B2B or service sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong sales, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Professional, confident, and target-oriented approach.

Experience in legal services, GST, taxation, or company registration will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
