Client Co-ordinator

We are looking for a reliable, responsible and people-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our coaching business while managing client communication, follow-ups and coordination.

Working Days: 6 Days (Weekends Working)

Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Follow-ups

- Call and follow up with participants, clients and potential clients regularly
- Daily calling may exceed 150200 calls at times
- Manage WhatsApp communication and client interactions
- Share reminders, updates and important information regarding programs and sessions
- Build warm, professional and trusting relationships with clients
- Ensure no lead or client is missed in the follow-up process

Business Operations & Coordination
- Manage registrations, databases and internal trackers
- Maintain accurate client records and program progress updates
- Coordinate Zoom sessions, workshops and schedules
- Update Google Sheets and maintain operational data
- Coordinate with internal team members for smooth execution of programs
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks





Who We're Looking For

- Female candidates only
- Graduate preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable making regular follow-up calls and speaking with clients
- Good WhatsApp communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Prior experience in administration, coordination, customer support, Telecalling or client handling preferred

Work Details Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days (Weekends Working)
