We are looking for an experienced Civil Valuer / Property Valuation Engineer to undertake property inspections, technical assessments, market analysis and preparation of valuation reports for residential, commercial, industrial and land properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physical inspection of properties including:
- Residential buildings
- Commercial properties
- Industrial properties
- Vacant land
- Apartments
- Offices, shops and warehouses
- Measure and verify land area, built-up area and construction details.
- Review property documents such as sale deed, approved plan, patta, EC and other relevant records.
- Assess the age, condition, quality and type of construction.
- Determine the market value of land and building based on prevailing local market rates.
- Calculate:
- Land value
- Building value
- Depreciated value
- Fair market value
- Distress / realizable value, wherever required
- Collect comparable property rates from the surrounding locality.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports with photographs and supporting observations.
- Verify whether the property is constructed according to the approved building plan.
- Identify deviations, additional construction or unauthorized structures, wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, clients and internal teams.




- Complete valuation assignments within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain proper records of site visits and submitted valuation reports.
- Follow applicable valuation standards and institutional guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of building construction and property measurement.
- Experience in property valuation or civil site inspection will be preferred.
- Knowledge of local real-estate market rates.
- Ability to understand property documents and approved plans.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel for property inspections.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will have an advantage:
- Bank property valuation
- Housing loan valuation
- LAP / Mortgage valuation
- Commercial and industrial property valuation
- Land valuation
- Construction cost estimation
- Technical due diligence
- Building plan verification

Experience 2+ years preferred, though candidates with solid civil engineering and site experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
