Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project site in Zirakpur. The candidate should have robust practical knowledge of civil construction, site execution, quality control, manpower management, and coordination with contractors and consultants to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings and coordinate with the design team for discrepancies.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the prescribed timelines.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and site supervisors.
- Ensure quality control of construction materials and workmanship as per project specifications and applicable standards.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, and concrete work before execution.
- Coordinate with the project manager, consultants, vendors, and other departments for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, site measurements, and labour attendance.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to avoid shortages and delays.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, housekeeping standards,



and applicable construction regulations.
- Identify site issues, resolve execution-related problems, and report project risks to the reporting manager.
- Assist in quantity estimation, billing measurements, and verification of contractor bills.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in civil construction site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Practical experience in site supervision, contractor handling, and labour management.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, safety practices, and site documentation.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building construction.
- Strong focus on quality, productivity, and timely project delivery.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Zirakpur project site.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with project teams.
