Udhyam Constructions is looking for a Civil Site Engineer who can keep daily work moving through practical supervision and effective coordination. The position combines attention to drawings and specifications with responsibility for people, materials, progress and the quality of site execution.

Coordinate labour, subcontractors, vendors and engineers on day-to-day site activities. Monitor work against timelines, check quality and finishing, and communicate clearly about site requirements. You should be comfortable taking independent responsibility for assigned site operations.

Support material coordination and usage while helping control waste. Keep daily site reports, assist with quantities and measurements for billing, and contribute to project handover. Maintaining site safety and discipline,



and following and helping implement site policies and procedures, are also part of the role.

We seek candidates with 2-4 years of experience and a proven record of site management with reputed contractors. Solid communication and coordination skills are required. Previous experience on interior projects is desirable.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred for this engineer-titled role. ITI candidates are eligible for the campaign's supervisor roles.

Work is full-time and in person in Kochi, Kerala, with willingness to travel to project sites required. Remuneration will be set within the stated monthly range according to experience and performance. The role suits someone who can manage site responsibilities efficiently while maintaining clear communication throughout daily operations and handover.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
