Key Responsibilities

- Execute railway civil and infrastructure works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Supervise earthwork, embankment, formation, drainage, culverts, foundations, and other railway-related civil works.

- Read and interpret construction drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.

- Check site levels, dimensions, alignment, and measurements in coordination with the survey team.

- Manage daily site activities, labour deployment, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.

- Monitor daily and weekly progress against project targets and report delays or site issues to the Project Manager.

- Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, survey, planning, stores, and subcontractor teams.

- Ensure railway-specific safety procedures, work permits, access restrictions,



and approved work methods are followed.

- Supervise skilled and unskilled workers, monitor productivity, and ensure proper use of PPE.

- Coordinate site inspections, testing, measurements, and quality approvals.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, quantity measurements, and work completion documentation.

- Identify quality issues, prevent rework, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

- Report technical, manpower, material, safety, and scheduling issues to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
