Job SummaryWe are looking for a energetic Civil Site Engineer experienced in execution, site supervision, and structural layout implementation for Biogas, STP, ETP, and Waste Management plants. The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD for drawing reviews and must be willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu for project execution.Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision &
- Execution:

Oversee day-to-day civil construction work for Biogas, STP, ETP, and waste management setups, ensuring high-quality standards.

- AutoCAD &

- Plan Interpretation:

Read, interpret, and cross-verify structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD to ensure accurate on-site execution.





- Project Scheduling &

- Reporting:

Monitor daily progress, manage labor/subcontractors, and provide regular updates to the project manager.

- Material &

- Quality Management:

Estimate material requirements, verify incoming material quality, and minimize wastage on site.

- Travel &

- Coordination:

Travel to various project locations across Tamil Nadu to manage multiple site installations and handovers.

Key Requirements

- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 25 years in civil construction (preference given to water/waste management, STP, ETP, or environmental projects).

- Software: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.

- Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.

- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be ready to travel frequently.
