Udhyam Constructions is hiring a Civil Site Coordinator in Kochi, Kerala. This full-time, in-person position pays INR 20,000–50,000 per month. Our civil site recruitment campaign has 5 openings in total.

We seek candidates with 2–4 years of experience and proven site management experience with reputed contractors. A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Interior project experience is desirable. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience may also apply.

As Civil Site Coordinator, you will connect day-to-day supervision with explicit site reporting and coordination. You will oversee work against drawings and specifications, coordinate labour, vendors, subcontractors and engineers, and monitor timelines, quality and finishing.

Your responsibilities include following up on materials, helping control material waste, and maintaining safety and discipline on site. You will maintain daily reports, support quantities and measurements used for billing,



and assist with handover. You will also help develop and implement site policies and procedures where required. Travel to project sites forms part of the role.

Strong communication and coordination skills are needed to keep daily site activities and the people involved aligned. You should be able to work independently and handle assigned responsibilities efficiently, with attention to the practical details of ongoing work.

You will contribute throughout site execution by coordinating daily work, keeping progress information clear, supporting measurements and billing, and maintaining attention to material use, work quality and finishing through handover.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
