Role Description The Civil Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Sirkazhi, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and site operations. The role includes monitoring work progress, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards at the site.

The Civil

Supervisor will verify material usage, inspect ongoing work for compliance with drawings and codes, and prepare basic daily reports on progress and issues. This position also requires effective communication with project managers, resolving site-level challenges,



and supporting the timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications

- Ability to demonstrate strong Supervisory Skills and effective Site Supervision to manage daily construction activities and workforce.
- Experience working On Site with responsibility for coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices, including inspection of work, verification of materials, and compliance with safety and construction standards.
- Transparent and professional Communication skills to interact with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in building or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, basic measurements, and standard construction methods and materials.
- Ability to work extended hours on site when required and adapt to changing project needs.
- Familiarity with basic site documentation, reporting, and use of mobile or digital tools for recording site data is an advantage.
