Role & responsibilities

- Execute and supervise civil and interior finishing activities at project sites, including residential, commercial, and real estate developments.

- Manage finishing works such as plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, marble, granite, gypsum partitions, false ceilings, waterproofing, doors, windows, and related interior works.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution of work.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.

- Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of activities as per project schedules and milestones.

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to construction standards,



safety guidelines, and company quality procedures.

- Identify site issues, resolve execution-related problems, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely closure.

- Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements to minimize wastage and control project costs.

- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion against actual site progress and approved BOQs.

- Ensure proper finishing, alignment, levels, dimensions, surface quality, and workmanship before handing over areas for subsequent activities.
