Bring your Civil Engineering background to a site supervision role with Udhyam Constructions. We need someone who can take responsibility for daily site operations, communicate effectively with the people involved and maintain attention to project drawings, timelines and quality.

You will supervise site work against drawings and specifications, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and work with vendors and engineers on daily requirements. Follow the progress of activities, monitor finishing quality and help maintain site safety and discipline.

Daily responsibilities also cover material coordination, controlling waste, preparing site reports and supporting measurements and quantities for billing. You will follow and help implement site policies and procedures,



work independently within your site responsibilities and support project handover.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, including proven experience managing sites with reputed contractors. Good communication and coordination skills are required. Prior interior project experience is desirable.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred for this engineering-focused position. ITI candidates with relevant civil site supervision experience may also apply.

The job is full-time and in person, based in Kochi, Kerala. Willingness to travel to project sites is required. Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 50,000, based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
