Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Site Engineer / Planning Engineer / Billing Engineer

About the Company

Mallik Engineering and Technology Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in civil construction and infrastructure project execution. We are looking for motivated and dedicated Civil Engineers, including fresh graduates and experienced professionals, to join our project and engineering teams.

Eligibility

- Freshers: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experienced Candidates: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant construction site experience.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction, drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Willingness to work at project sites as per company requirements.
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Understand and interpret structural and civil engineering drawings.
- Monitor RCC work, reinforcement, bar bending, shuttering, concreting, and other assigned construction activities.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), work schedules, and manpower reports.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, measurements, and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, supervisors, and site teams.
- Monitor material consumption, labour productivity,



and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
- Maintain site records, measurement books, and other project documentation.
- Support planning, execution, and timely completion of assigned activities.

Additional Requirements for Experienced Candidates
- Experience in site execution, project planning, billing, quantity surveying, or quality control.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project or Primavera P6, as applicable to the role.
- Ability to manage manpower, materials, subcontractors, and site coordination.
- Experience in preparing DPR, BOQ, client bills, subcontractor bills, and work programmes.

Skills Required
- Civil engineering fundamentals and drawing interpretation.
- MS Excel and MS Office.
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
