Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities. Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved schedules, drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Manage the execution of civil works in coordination with structural and architectural drawings.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained for materials and workmanship. Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and site safety protocols. Estimate material requirements, monitor inventory, and minimize material wastage. Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned timelines.
Prepare and maintain accurate daily and weekly progress reports and other site documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Around 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
Experience in residential or commercial construction projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, site execution, and quality control. Valuable understanding of structural and architectural drawings. Strong site supervision and team coordination skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.
