- Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per contract terms and project progress.
- Carry out quantity take-offs and verification from drawings and site measurements.
- Manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and rate analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts for billing-related data.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for auditing and client verification.
- Interact with clients, consultants, and internal teams for bill approvals.
- Ensure timely submission of RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
- Review and verify subcontractor/vendor invoices based on work done at site.
- Work on cost control and tracking of material/labor usage in line with billing.

- Close involvement with site team
