Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draughtsperson to prepare accurate architectural drawings and technical documentation based on project requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drafting, construction drawings, and technical detailing, with the ability to coordinate effectively with the design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop accurate 2D drawings based on architectural concepts and design specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and the 3D visualization team to ensure drawing accuracy.




- Review drawings for dimensional accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
- Maintain organized drawing files and ensure timely delivery of assigned work.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil or architectural drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, dimensions, and scales.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or a related field is preferred.
