Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Maharashtra, India.

The Civil

Engineer will design and review civil engineering layouts for solar power plants, including foundations, mounting structures, access roads, drainage, and site grading.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating site development activities, conducting feasibility assessments, and ensuring designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. The role involves working closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and contractors to oversee construction quality,



monitor progress, and resolve technical issues at project sites.

The Civil

Engineer will also support stormwater management planning, prepare technical reports and drawings, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to develop and review structural and site development plans.
- Planning skills to manage project timelines, resources, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Stormwater Management skills to design effective drainage, erosion control, and water handling systems for solar plant sites.
- Professional experience as Civil Engineers in infrastructure or solar/renewable energy projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; licensure or professional certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar tools).
- Robust understanding of construction methodologies, standards, and safety regulations in India.
- Effective communication, report-writing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site at multiple project locations in Maharashtra.
