Role & responsibilities

- Prepare and submit RA Bills, client bills, contractor bills and final bills for civil construction works.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and detailed cost calculations.
- Verify site measurements, Measurement Books (MB), drawings and executed quantities.
- Maintain daily progress reports, billing records and project documentation.
- Handle reconciliation of cement, steel, concrete and other construction materials.
- Coordinate with the site execution team, client representatives and billing department.
- Monitor work progress and ensure accurate and timely bill submission.
- Check subcontractor bills and verify quantities against actual site execution.
- Prepare Excel-based billing reports and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 510 years in civil billing and quantity surveying.




- Must have experience in RA bills, BOQ, MB, quantity estimation and contractor billing.
- Experience in industrial construction, steel plants or heavy civil works will be preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and billing documentation.
- Must be willing to work at Chaliyama Steel Plant, Chaibasa, Jharkhand.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within 7 days will be preferred.
