Role Purpose To drive and govern the Circle's Indus-to-Indus (I2I) tower relocation, replacement, and deployment programs, with a focus on reducing tower relocations, ensuring first-time-right execution, improving deployment turnaround time (TAT), and driving the reduction of Extremely Critical Sites (ECS) through proactive planning, technical assessments, stakeholder management, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities

I2I Program Management

- Drive end-to-end execution of I2I tower relocation and replacement projects within the Circle.
- Monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate governance reviews and ensure adherence to approved project plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to remove execution bottlenecks and expedite project delivery.

- Drive coordination between the Estate Team and landlords to identify and mitigate risks that may lead to site relocation, ensuring timely resolution of commercial, legal, and operational issues to improve site retention and reduce relocation costs.

ECS Reduction Program

- Lead initiatives for identification and reduction of Extremely Critical Sites (ECS).
- Analyze network and site data to identify potential ECS towers.
- Drive old site surveys and technical assessments to identify risks and mitigation opportunities.
- Coordinate with Quality and ESH teams to implement corrective actions for ECS towers.
- Conduct equipment audits and monitor compliance with technical and safety standards.

I2I Deployment Excellence

- Drive "First Time Right" execution for all I2I deployment activities.




- Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures to improve quality and efficiency.
- Monitor deployment performance and ensure reduction in deployment-related rework.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Governance

- Track project KPIs, TAT, and deployment performance metrics.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reviews for Circle and Corporate leadership.
- Highlight project risks, escalations, and mitigation plans through regular governance forums.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders for project commitments and timelines.

5. Partner & Stakeholder Management

- Lead strategic relationships with vendors, contractors, landlord and internal teams.
- Ensure vendor performance management through SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) for seamless execution.
- Act as escalation point for critical issues across functions.

7. Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and organizational standards.
- Drive governance mechanisms to ensure audit readiness and adherence.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred).
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Management.
- Preferred Certification - Project Management Skilled (PMP) or any accredited project management certification

Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of industry experience.

- Expertise in planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and large-scale project delivery.
- Experience in Telecom/Telecom Passive Infrastructure preferred.
