Role Overview

As City Lead, you will own Aldun Carefi's operations and growth in your city. You will manage hospital partner relationships, lead a team of team leads and executives,

and be accountable for city-level targets, service quality and team health. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building teams and driving numbers in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities

1- Own city-level targets for volumes, conversions and revenue, and deliver them month after month.

2- Build and nurture relationships with hospital leadership, front-office, billing and discharge teams.

3- Recruit, train, coach and retain team leads and on-ground executives; run transparent performance reviews, including improvement plans where needed.





4- Set up weekly and monthly operating rhythms: dashboards, funnel reviews, productivity and attendance tracking.

5- Identify and resolve process gaps with hospitals and internal teams (claims, finance, tech) to protect the patient experience.

6- Launch new hospitals and new offerings in the city with a clear ramp-up plan.

7- Ensure compliance with Aldun's processes, data accuracy and patient-sensitivity standards.

8- Share ground insights with the Regional Manager to shape strategy and new product ideas.

Qualifications

1- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, diagnostics, health-tech or a similar field-sales/operations environment.

2- At least 3–5 years managing teams,and Client.

3- Proven record of hitting targets and growing a city or territory.

4- Existing relationships with hospitals in the city are a strong plus.
