- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Plan and execute the Chinese menu as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, portion control, and plating.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely food service.
- Monitor food quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency during peak hours.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
