Hotel Rio Benaras is looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing Chinese cuisine and maintaining consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese dishes, including starters, soups, noodles, rice, and main courses.

- Manage food preparation and cooking during service.

- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage practices.

- Monitor stock levels, minimise food waste, and coordinate ingredient requirements.

- Support menu planning and work closely with the kitchen team.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel or restaurant.

- Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and wok cooking.

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.

- Good teamwork, organisation, and time management skills.

- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
