About the Company:

Pinnacle Blooms Network®, operated by Bharath Healthcare Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. (BHCL), is a healthcare organization operating a network of centers and the Pinnacle AI GPT-OS® platform. The organization focuses on child-development and therapy services.

Responsibilities :

- Assess children’s speech, language, and communication difficulties and identify their therapy needs.

- Must have a relevant Speech Therapy qualification, such as BASLP or MASLP, from a recognized institution.

- Must hold the relevant qualified registration or certification, where applicable.

- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred.

- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for children with speech delays, language disorders, and autism.





- Conduct therapy sessions to improve children’s communication, language development, and speech clarity.

- Monitor children’s progress and maintain therapy records and assessment reports.

- Guide parents on home-based activities to support children’s speech and communication development.

- Coordinate with occupational therapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with parents and update therapy plans based on the child’s progress.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
