About the Role

The Chief of Staff (Finance) serves as the strategic finance partner to the Chairman &

- Managing Director, supporting financial planning, corporate strategy, business performance, and executive decision-making. This role requires a high-potential professional who can work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional execution, and provide data-driven financial insights for business growth.

Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the Chairman &
- Managing Director on strategic financial planning, business reviews, and executive decision-making.

- Coordinate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews across all business units.

- Prioritize and manage multiple strategic and financial initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.

- Coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams to collect financial data, prepare business cases, MIS, dashboards, and executive presentations.

- Plan and manage the Chairman &

- Managing Director’s strategic finance agenda, including business reviews and investment discussions.

- Track key business and financial KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure timely closure of action items.

- Support fundraising, banking, investor relations, treasury, and strategic financial initiatives as required.

- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Chairman &





- Managing Director and internal/external financial stakeholders.

- Prepare Board presentations, financial reports, strategic briefs, and executive summaries.

- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information, strategic documents, and executive communications.

- Drive cross-functional strategic projects and ensure alignment with organizational financial and business objectives.

- Handle any other strategic finance and executive responsibilities assigned by the Chairman &

- Managing Director from time to time.

An Ideal Candidate Shall Be Having

- MBA (Finance/Strategy) from an IIM (Preferred).

- 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A;, Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, or Founder’s Office/Chief of Staff roles.

- Strong understanding of Financial Planning &
- Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business strategy.

- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and business problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a rapid-paced environment.

- High level of ownership, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Compensation
