Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ABS FOODS LIMITED is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning to support business growth. Daily responsibilities include leading the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports, monitoring key financial metrics, and maintaining internal controls and compliance with relevant regulations.

The role also involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions, assessing investment opportunities, optimizing cost structures, and supporting pricing and margin strategies.



The CFO is expected to provide clear financial insights, manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies, and help drive sustainable, profitable expansion of the company.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate finance and financial management.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, assessing risks, and supporting evidence-based decision-making.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
- Experience in the food, FMCG, or manufacturing sector is an advantage, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
