About the Project

We are developing a new Mexican food brand, starting as a cloud kitchen, with plans to open a physical restaurant in the future.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, enjoys experimenting with food, and has a genuine interest in Mexican cuisine. The basic concept and menu direction are already decided, and we need someone to help us bring the idea to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and finalise recipes based on our menu concept.
- Experiment with flavours, sauces, marinades, and ingredients.
- Standardise recipes with exact measurements and preparation methods.
- Calculate food costs and decide portion sizes.
- Prepare basic recipes and SOPs for consistent food quality.
- Recommend kitchen equipment, utensils, ingredients, and suppliers.
- Help plan kitchen setup, food preparation, storage, and delivery packaging.




- Work closely with the founder to develop the menu and plan the next steps.

Required Skills & Experience

- Passion for cooking and experimenting with food.
- Strong interest in Mexican cuisine.
- Previous experience as a chef or in a professional kitchen is preferred.
- Knowledge of recipe development, food costing, and kitchen equipment is an advantage.
- Creative, practical, and willing to learn and experiment.
- Experience in restaurant or cloud kitchen setup is a plus.

Project Duration & Future Opportunity The initial engagement will be for approximately one month, focusing on recipe development, menu finalisation, food costing, and kitchen planning. Depending on performance and mutual interest, this opportunity may lead to full-time employment as the restaurant develops.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
